acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 2183 E. 7495 S., Salt Lake City, UT 84121,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 263 in Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements
and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
