the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following described tract of land:

P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence East 8 rods;
thence North 30 rods;
thence West 8 rods;
thence South 30 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO, LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded June 3,
2005 in Book 587 on page 266 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all fixtures, appurtenances, water and mineral rights pertaining
thereto. Including Wyoming water permit No. 29999.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
