Hart for an undivided 1/18 interest, Eugene N. Hart for an undivided 1/18 interest, Kevin N. Hart for an undivided 1/18 interest, Vern N. Hart for an undivided 1/18 interest, Gary N. Hart for an undivided 1/18 interest, and Jan Marie for an undivided 1/18 interest, grantors, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Douglas W. Johnson and Beverly N. Johnson, Trustees of the Douglas W. Johnson and Beverly N. Johnson Revocable Trust dated June 2, 1994, grantees, of 7011 Highway 238, Afton, WY 83110, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand in or to the following described premises, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the West boundary line of the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 16, T32N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, which is 1,320 feet, more or less, West and 361 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 16, and running thence East parallel to the North boundary line of said Section 16, 200 feet, thence South parallel to said West boundary line, 299 feet, thence West parallel to said North boundary line, 200 feet, more or less, to said West boundary line, thence North along said West boundary line 299 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
