We, STEPHEN L. FRAMPTON, and LINDA R. FRAMPTON, husband and wife, tenants by entireties,
grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, do hereby quit-claim to STEPHEN L. FRAMPTON and LINDA R.
FRAMPTON as Trustees of The Stephen and Linda Frampton Living Revocable Trust dated the 17th day of May,
2005, for good and valuable consideration, the following described parcel of real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming:

tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 323 of Photostatic Records on page
296, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of said S½S½SW¼, found as described in the Comer Record filed in
said Office;
thence N00°-20'-40"E, 138.96 feet along the west line of said S½S½SW¼, to a spike;
thence S89°.43'-46"E, 140.00 Feet to a point;
thence N00°-20'-40"E, 311.12 feet, parallel with the west line of said S½S½SW¼, to a point;
thence S89°-43'-46"E, 457.15 feet to a point on the west line of that tract of record in Book 327 of
Photostatic Records on page 696;
