QUITCLAIMDEED
Arturo EL Peralta-Ramos, Ill, a single person, Grantor, of Teton County, State of Wyoming~
for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys
and quitclaims to Cynda Pendta-l~mos, Trustee, or her successor in trust, under the Cynda
Peralta-Ramos Family Trust dated May 7, 1999, and any amendments thereto, Grantee, whose
address is P.O. Box 1191, W'flson, Wyoming 83014, all right, title and interest, including any alter-
acquired title, in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 10, West Thayne, a subdivision situated in the city of
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to the official plat thereof on file
and of record in said county.
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances situate thereon.
SUBJECT to all easements, reservations, restrictions and covenants of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
