Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 1 and running thence Westerly along
Emerald Street 46-2/3 feet;
thence northerly at right angles 140 feet;
thence easterly at right angles 46-2/3 feet;
thence southerly at right angles along the westerly boundary line of the alley of
said Block 4, 140 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
