PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That First National Bank - West, a Wyoming Banking
Corporation, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of February 11, 2000 made and
executed by John Wolfley and Rebecca Wolfley, as mortgagors, to First National Bank - West,
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$98,076.18 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 16, 2000
in Book 441PR on page 592 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:
Beginning at a point 80 rods South and 69 rods West of the Northeast corner of Section
33, T36N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South
50 rods;
thence West 11 rods;
thence North 50 rods;
thence East 11 rods to the place beginning.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of
the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF~First National Bank - West has caused these Presents to be
