feet;
thence N 89057'05" E, a distance of 101.70 feet;
thence S 89°49'31" E, a distance of 28.30 feet;
thence South along the easterly boundary of said Lot 4 of Block I0, a distance of 18.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
