Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Robert E. and Mary M. Merrill Trust

Robert Elwood Merrill and Mary Margaret Merrill, Trustees
Grantee, whose mailing address is 5535 E. Hwy 39, Ogden, UT 84401, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 22 rods West from the Northeast Corner of Section
12, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming; and running thence South 16 rods;
thence West 20 rods; thence North 16 rods, thence East 20 rods to the place of
beginning
Less and except those lands in Decree Quieting Title, recorded 6-22-2001,
at Book 467PR, Page 124
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
