Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101-9700 ("Grantee"), all minerals in the following described real estate, lying
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
The property is located in T21N-R116W, Sections 14 and 23, and in particular in Resurvey
Tracts 52, 53 and 58, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Beginning at a point which is the intersection of South Right-of-Way of U.S. Highway 30, and

Lincoln County Courthouse of the lands lying adjacent to this property. The intent of this
description is to include all mineral lands bounded by adjacent property on the East and South,
Canyon Road to the West, and Carbon Street to the North, including the land under Canyon
Road, Emerald Street and Carbon Street.
