Main, 1000 E. University Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming, 82071, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to .lames R. Weeks and Susan E. Weeks, husband and wife, whose address is 478 AIIred Road,
Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, GRANTEE, all interests in the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the SW1/4NWl/4 and that part of the NWl/4SWl/4 of Section 25, T32N RllgW of the 6m P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described on the attached "DESCRIPTION FOR 3AMES R. WEEKS AND
SUSAN E. WEEKS WEEKS ENLARGED TRACT."
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress and egress, and all minerals of any character in, upon or under the
above described property.
SUB.lECT TO the easements, reservations, covenants, and restrictions presently of record in the office of
the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including the release and waiver of all rights under and by virtue of the homestead and exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
