QUITCLAIM DEED
The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees, whose address is Real Estate Operations, Dept 3314 - 202C Old
Main, 1000 E. University Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming, 82071, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/lO0 Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to the Marie L. Cook Living Trust, dated 15 March 2002, whose address is 324 AIIred Road,
Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 83110, GRANTEE, all interests in the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the S1/2NW1/~, of Section 25, T32N Rll9W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described on the attached "DESCRIPTION FOR MARIE L. COOK LIVING TRUST, DATED 15 MARCH 2002
COOK TRACT." That upon the recordation of this instrument, the above described tract shall totally be
merged with that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book ~,94 of Photostatic
Records on page 319 and they shall be a single combined parcel for all purposes. Neither of said tracts
shall, alone, constitute a separate or distinct lot, parcel, or site for any purpose whatsoever, and neither
may be sold, or transferred, conveyed or developed separately. Any division of this combined tract shall
bind and run with the lands described herein. These restrictions may not be removed by the owners,
their successors or assigns without the approval of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
THE INTENT OF THIS COVNEYANCE BEING a boundary line adjustment where the parcel subject of the
sale or other disposition is adjacent to and merged with other lands owned by the Grantee and is exempt
from the Wyoming Real Estate Subdivision Act pursuant to W.S. 18-5-303 (a) (viii).
TOGETHER WlTH the right of ingress and egress, and all minerals of any character in, upon or under the
above described property.
SUB3ECT TO the easements, reservations, covenants, and restrictions presently of record in the office of
the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Including the release and waiver of all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead and exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 13 of
Deeds on page 586 and in Book 18 of Deeds on pages 45 and 100, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a the southeast comer of the SW¼NW¼ of said Section 25;
thence N89°-42'-51"E, 687.45 feet, along the south line of said S½NW¼, to a point on an
existing fence line;
thence N00°-08'-46"W, 13.20 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the south line of
that tract of record in said Office in Book 554 on Photostatic Records on page 377;
thence S89°-24'-55"W, 1567.06 feet, along said south line, to a point;
thence S00°-31'-35"E, 5.02 feet, to the northeast bathey of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 292 of Photostatic Records on page 181, on the south line of said
S ½NW¼;
thence N89°-42'-51"E, 879.54 feet, along said south line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.33 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the NE¼ of Section 25, T32N

the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap

details;
each "bathey" marked by a steel T-shaped stake 24" long with a metal cap inscribed,
