KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, August 25,
1999 and executed by Rob Fauber and Carolyn K. Fauber, husband and wife a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $122,875.09,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the September 2, 1999, in Book 435PR of Mortgages, at
Page 264 as document number 861134 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
\ The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
~ ~i'~ o discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
~ q~;O said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate

Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that
said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
