KUNKLE and JUSTIN VICTOR KALLAL, Purchasers, exists for the purchase of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: BEGINNING 66 feet West of the Southeast comer of Lot #3 of Block #17 in the Town of Afton, County of Lincoln, and the State of Wyoming, and running thence West 66 feet, thence NOrth 165 feet, thence East 66 feet; thence South 165 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all improvements and water rights. ALSO: Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lot #3 of Block #17 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 20 rods; thence South 10 rods; thence West 8 rods, thence South 10 rods; thence West 11 feet; thence North 10 rods; thence West 22 feet; thence South 14 1/3 feet; thence West 10 rods; thence North 179 1/3 feet to the place of beginning, together with all improvements and water rights. ALSO: Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot #3, Block #17, Afton Townsite, and running thence West 66 feet; thence North 165 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South 165 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all improvements and water rights. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot #3, Block #17, Alton Townsite, and running thence West 66 feet; thence North 125 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South 125 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use. Together with all improvements and appurtenance thereon.
