PURCHASE AGREEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is hereby made of public record that a Real Estate Purchase Agreement, date JUNE
2005 by and between COLTER'S LODGE, INC., Sellers, and RICHARD L. KUNKLE
and JUSTIN VICTOR KALLAL, Purchasers, exists for the purchase of the following described
real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
BEGINNING 66 feet West of the Southeast comer of Lot #3 of Block #17 in the Town of Afton,
County of Lincoln, and the State of Wyoming, and running thence West 66 feet, thence NOrth
165 feet, thence East 66 feet; thence South 165 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all
improvements and water rights.
ALSO: Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lot #3 of Block #17 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and running thence East 20 rods; thence South 10 rods; thence West 8 rods,
thence South 10 rods; thence West 11 feet; thence North 10 rods; thence West 22 feet; thence
South 14 1/3 feet; thence West 10 rods; thence North 179 1/3 feet to the place of beginning,
together with all improvements and water rights.
ALSO: Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot #3, Block #17, Afton Townsite, and running
thence West 66 feet; thence North 165 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South 165 feet to the
point of beginning. Together with all improvements and water rights.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Southeast comer of Lot #3, Block #17, Alton
Townsite, and running thence West 66 feet; thence North 125 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence
South 125 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the
United States Patent and to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use. Together with all
improvements and appurtenance thereon.
SUBJECT To all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way of
sight or record.
Said Real Estate Purchase Agreement is being held in escrow by the First National Bank,
Afton, Wyoming.
