NOTICE OF AGREEMENT OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

By an Agreement dated June 20, 2005 ORIN G. GEESEY, TRUSTEE OF THE ORIN
G. GEESEY REVOCABLE TRUST dated April 24, 1995 as Seller agreed to sell and convey,
and JAMES R. WOODEN, LUANG YONG WOODEN, KOMSAN T. WOODEN AND
EKAPHOL WOODEN, as Purchaser agreed to purchase and accept the following described
real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
W½E½NW¼ of Section 27, T23N Rl16W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
NW¼NE¼, NE¼NE¼ AND SE¼NE¼ of Section 33, T23N R116W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Seller all minerals, mineral rights, oil, gas,
liquid hydrocarbons and all other valuable ores, substances and deposits of
every kind and description whatsoever, in or under the surface of the
above-described lands, including the right to explore for, develop, produce,
mine and remove the same.
SUBJECT to all mineral' leases, reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record in sight or use.
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto.
By the terms of the agreement, a.deed to the aforesaid property from the Seller to
Purchaser shall be recorded when the purchase price has been paid in full.
