GEESEY, TRUSTEE OF THE ORIN G. GEESEY REVOCABLE TRUST dated April 24, 1995 as Seller agreed to sell and convey, and JASON A. HUNZIE AND AMBER M. HUNZIE, Husband and Wife, as Purchaser agreed to purchase and accept the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit: E½W½NW¼ of Section 27, T23N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Seller all minerals, mineral rights, oil, gas, liquid hydrocarbons and all other valuable ores, substances and deposits of every kind and description whatsoever, in or under the surface of the above-described lands, including the right to explore for, develop, produce, mine and remove the same. SUBJECT to all mineral leases, reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record in sight or use. TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. By the terms of the agreement, a deed to the aforesaid property from the Seller to Purchaser shall be recorded when the purchase price has been paid in full. Dated this ~.~4~ ~_],~ day of June, 2005.
