paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to: Patsy
Ann Steed, a married person, as sole and separate property, of Aflon, Wyoming,
Grantee, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is 396 feet East of the SW comer of the
SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 36,T32N,R119W; thence North 330 feet; thence East
132 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence West 132 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less.
