WALTON, Grantor, for and in consideration of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., Grantee, of 1111 Northpoint Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit: Part of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 47-3/4 rods West of the Northeast comer of said Section 6 and running thence South, 16 rods; thence East 8-1/4 rods; thence North, 16 rods; thence West 8-1/4 rods to the place of beginning, which has the address of 151 Smoot-Alton County Road #148, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, Together with all improvements thereon situate, and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
