WARRANTY DEED
PATRICIA E. ANSELMI, Grantor, of Sweetwater County, and State of Wyoming, for and
in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO EGP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, Grantee, of 1750 Sunset Drive, Rock Springs, Sweetwater
County, Wyoming 82901, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of Block 11 of Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat No. 216 filed October 3, 1977 as
Instrument No. 499086 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the north radius point at the Southwest coruer of said Block 11, then N
00°00'00TM W, along the west boundary of said Block 11, a distance of 593.58 feet;
Thence N 90°00'00 E, a distance of 300.00 feet to a point on the east boundary of said Block
11;
Thence S 00°00'00'' W, along the east boundary of said Block 11, a distance of 618.44 feet
to the point of curvature of a curve to the right;
Thence along the arc of said curve to the right through a central angle of 110°00'00'', a
distance of 34.91 feet, to the point oftangency, the radius of said curve being 20.00 feet;
Thence N 80000'00TM W, along the south boundary of said Block 11, a distance of 24.18 feet
to the point of curvature of a curve to the left;
Thence along the arc of said curve to the left through a central angle of 10°00'00TM, a distance
of 233.87 feet to the point oftangency, the radius of said curve being 1340.00 feet, said point
of tangency also being the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a radius of 20.00
feet;
Thence along the arc of said curve to the right through a central angle of 90o00'00TM, a
distance of 31.42 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described real property is conveyed together with all improvements thereon, and
easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in
connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions,
reservations, covenants, conditions and rights of way of record.
