KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Billy D. Peterson, Trustee of the
Billy Peterson Family Trust dated March 6, 2003, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Billy D. Peterson, a
married man as his sole and separate property, of PO Box 454, Thayne, WY 83127, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to
have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of
