to in the Deed recorded in Book 591PR, on Page 234, with
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within
the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 1I, T34N, RllgW, of the 6tn P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the Easterly Right-of-Way line for
U.S. Highway 89,
said Point of Beginning, being 618.33 feet S15°19'58"E from
the Charles V. King PE/LS 590, location for the Southwest
Corner of the SW1/4 of Section 2, of said T34N, Rll9W;
thence N59°02'51"E 59.54 feet;
