WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
of the county of NATRONA and the state of Wyoming, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date
the 20th day of SEPTEMBER A.D. 2002 made and executed by
ALAINA SHEPHERD
as mortgagors, to FIRST NATIONAL WEST as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of ($90,000.00)
NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
deeds of SHERIDAN County, State Wyoming, on the 25TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2002 IN
BOOK 500 AT PAGE 075 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 73 1/3 RODS NORTH OF A POINT 267 RODS EAST FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF SECTION 25, T32N, R119W, 6TH P.M., WYOMING AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 92 FEET, THENCE WEST 119 FEET,
THENCE SOUTH 92 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE O. SHARLENE MOSS PROPERTY
ACQUIRED UNDER A CERTAIN REAL ESTATE SALES AGREEMENT DATED THE 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1984 (WHEREIN
EDGAR LEROY CAZlER AND ROZELIAN W. CAZlER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, WERE SELLERS AND O. SHARLENE M.
MOSS, A MARRIED WOMAN, AS HER SOLE AND SEPARATE PROPERTY, AS BUYER, AS EVIDENCE BY A REAL ESTATE
CONTRACT DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 1984 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 17, 1984, IN BOOK 218 P.R., PAGE 543,
RECORDING NO. 623157), THENCE EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE, 119 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt fully
paid, satisfied, released and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgage do hereby release
and quitclaim unto the said, mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
