CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made the day of 146104/. , 2005 by and between
PAMELA J. HRUSKA, trustee of the PAMELA HRUSKA LIVING TRUST,
DATED 11 JUNE 1991, Grantor and JERE LEE KOVACH and MARIA ANTONIETA
KOVACH, husband and wife, Grantees,
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents grant bargain sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantees all
that certain tract, lot, piece, and pa[cd of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and described as follows, to-wit:
All of the N1/2S1/2SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 8, T30N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming being all of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 466 of Photostatic Records on page 608;
ENCOMPASSING an area of i0.10 acres more of less;
SUBJECT to an easement for U.S. Highway 89.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed in
Book 571 Page 736 of the records ot the Lincoln County Clerk.'
