THIS INDENTURE, made the ~,,~,/~k day of June, 2005 by and between
JERE LEE KOVACH and MARIA ANTONIETA KOVACH, husband and wife,
Grantors and RANDAL J. HRUSKA and PAMELA J. HRUSKA, husband and wife
Grantees,
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents grant bargain sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all
that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, and described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4 of Section 9 and that part of the SW1/4NW1/4 and that part of the
NWl/4SW1/4 of section 10, T31 N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of
those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 486 of
Photostatic Records on page 90, in Book 496 of Photostatic Records on page 742, and in
Book 566 of Photostatic Records on page 410, described as follows:

291.39 feet from the northeast corner of said NW1/4SW1/4;

Each "pipe" marked by a 1" black iron pipe with a yellow plastic cap inscribed
