Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Scott A. Cox and Sharlena L. Cox
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 4362, Bedford, WY 83112, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 1 of Sunrise Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof, filed 9-4-2003, as instrument #893116, Plat 251-B-
2, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Reserving unto the grantor a 20 foot wide utility easement, being the west 20
feet of Lot 1 of the Sunrise Subdivision
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
