SPETH, Husband and Wife hs Tenants by the Entireties, Grantors, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and Other valuable consideration, in hand Paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to THE WENDELL HARRIS PROFIT SHARING PLAN and the BEDFORD WATER and SEWER DISTRICTi Grantees, their successors, heirs or assigns an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, on the folloWi'ng described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the placement, installation and maintenance of a water line running along the eastern 20 feet of the below described parcel. 2. Description of Easement and Servient Estate. Commencing at the Southeast corner of the following described property thence North 500 feet, thence West 20 feet, thence South 500 feet thence East 20 feet to the point of beginning, encumbering the following described property: Part of Section 8, T34N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the SE1/4SW1/4 of said Section 8 and running Thence North 500 feet; Thence West 261.36 feet; Thence South 500 feet; Thence East 261.36 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING SUBJECT, however to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. 2a. Description of Dominant Estate. The above described easement shall be for the benefit of the Grantees property described below: Part of Section 8, T34N R118W, of the 6th P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 500 feet North from the Southeast Corner of the SE1/4SW1/4 of said Section 8, said point also being the Northeast corner of that tract or record as an exception in that certain Warranty Deed recorded by the Lincoln County Clerk on July 21, 1988 in Book 263PR on page 616 and running thence Noah along the East boundary line of said SE1/4SW1/4, 340 feet; thence West parallel to the North Boundary line of said tract, 261.36 feet; thence South parallel to the East boundary line of said SE1/4SW1/4, 340feet, more or less to the Northwest corner of said tract; thence East along the North boundary line of said tract 261.36 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. 3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
