TOGETHER WITH right of ingerss, egress and utilities as described on attached Exhibit A.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

ENCOMPASSING an area of 30.63 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the NW¼ of Section 19, T31N
R118W, being N00°- 10'-00"E;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the east 60
feet of the south 130 feet of the land described in the attached'description titled,
