part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 433 of
Photostatic Records on pages 580 and 583, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89 with
the north line of said SE¼NW¼, N89°-55'-29"W, 83.74 feet from the northeast comer of
said SE¼NW¼;
thence S00°-20'-56"W, 435.28 feet, along said westerly right-of-way line, to a point;
thence N89°-55'-29"W, 700.53 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said
SE¼NW¼, to a point;
thence N00°-20'-56"E, 435.28 feet, along a line parallel with said westerly fight-of-way
line, to a point on the north line of said SE¼NW¼;
thence S89°~55'-29"E, 700.53 feet, along said north line, to the INTERSECTION OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 7.00 acres, more or less;

SUBJECT to a fight of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the east 60 feet of
the south 130 feet of the above described tract appurtenant to the remainder lands within
