releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
ALSO the West 25 feet of Oak Street located between Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block
30 and Lots 17, 18 and 19 of Block 35 of the First Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
