releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lots 3 and 4 of Block 42 of First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 22, 1971 in
Book 94PR on page 27 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
