Randleman, North Carolina 27317 being duly sworn on oath according to law do
hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm:
That I am the owner and prOprietor of real property shown on the Wild Country
Subdivision map prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates LLC and recorded
in the Deed in Book 492PR, on Page 830 recorded with the Office of the Clerk in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the $1/2NW1/4 of Section 25, T36N, R119W, of
the 6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision of this property ls with my free consent and desires.
That the Name of the subdivision shall be "Wild Country", the metes and bounds
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNIONG at a Point in the North line of the SW1/4 of said Section 25, said
Point of Beginning, being 608.49 feet $89°05'38"E from the Marlowe A. scherbel
PLS 5368, 1993 location for the SoUtheast Corner of the NE1/4 of Section 26, of
said T36N, R119W;
thence Northeasterly, along a 60.00 feet Radius Curve to the Right, through a
central angle of 90°00'00'' an arc length of 94.25 feet, and a chord of
N45°54'22"E 84.85 feet;
thence N0°54'02"E, perpendicular to said North line, 240.00 feet;
thence 889°05'38"E, parallel with said North line, 726.39 feet;
thence S0°54'02"W, perpendicular to said North line, 300.00 feet to a Point in
said North line;
thence N89°05'38%¥, along said North line, 786.39 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 5.06± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH: The Noel Driveway Access & Utility Easement, as referred to
in the Easement recorded in BOok *****, on Page ****, with said Office, being
Arena Circle, as shown on the Nordic'Ranches Division No. 3, recorded with said
Office.
That the utilities, right-of-Way easement, as shown on said Plat, is and shall be ·
granted to the owners, successors and assigns of each land parcel created'
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the
State of Wyoming are hereby released.
