SNIDER, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is 379 N. 3800 East Rigby, ID 83442 the following described real estatel situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: ~ Part of Section 23, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M,, Lincoln County, Wyomin, g described as follows: Commencing at a point 195 feet North of the Southeast Corner of the NE~ANW ¼ of said Section 23 and running thence North 114 feet; thence West 312 feet, more or less, to the East bank of the East Side Canal; thence Southeasterly along the East bank of the said East Side Canal to a point 279 feet West and 53 feet South of the point of beginning; · thence East 164 feet; thence North 53 feet; thence East 115 feet to ti:~e point of beginning.
