Robert Blair Allen and Carolyne Jo Allen, Trustees of the R. Blair R. Blair & Carolyne
Allen Family Trust dated September 3, 1997, of PO Box 87, Grover, WY 83122, grantors, for and
in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to Kerry L. Chadwick
and Susan Lynn Chadwick, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 37, Grover,
WY 83122, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
All of the N¼NW¼SE¼; AND
All of the NE¼SW¼; AND
That part of the S¼NW¼ of Section 29, T33N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 183 of Photostatic Records on page 475 and in Book 401 of Photostatic
Records on page 710, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said S~NW¼;
thence S89°~24'~29"W, 1313.28 feet, along the north line of the SE¼NW¼ of said
Section 29, to the northwest corner thereof;
thence S00°-28'~38"E, 373.44 feet, along the west line of said SE¼NW¼, to a point
on a fence line;
thence coursing said fence line as follows:
S87°-27'-02"W, 14.53 feet, to a point on an existing fence line;
S10°-21'-59"W, 70.62 feet, to a point;
S08°-47'-48"E, 209.41 feet, to a point;
S24°-03'-21"E, 184.64 feet, to a point;
S15°-53'-52"E, 184.18 feet, to a point;
S03°-56'-16"W, 319.37 feet, to a point at the intersection of said fence line with the
south line of said SE¼NW¼ and leave said fence line;
thence N89°-24'-03"E, 1216.03 feet, along the south line of said SE¼NW¼, to the
southeast corner thereof;

CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING a total area of 99.35 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW¼ of Section 29, T33N
R118W, being N00°-28'~53"W;
TOGETHER with that common access easement as described in that tract of record
in said office in Book 89 of Photostatic Records on page 262; AND
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across
the east sixty (60) feet of Lot 1 of the Allen-Traut Subdivision of record in said Office
as Plat No. 190-E for an access and utility easement as depicted on said plat; AND
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across
the north thirty (30) feet of said Lot 1 for an access and utility easement as depicted
on said plat; AND
TOGETHER with a Farm Roadway of record in said Office in Book 1 of Photostatic
Records on page 334 dated 29 July 1952;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY SURVEY FOR R. BLAIR AND
CAROLYNE ALLEN FAMILY TRUST, DATED 3 SEPTEMBER 1997 WITHIN
SECTION 29 T33N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 29 June 2005.

SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of sight or record including without limitation those set forth on said
official plat.

Carolyne Jo Allen to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon their oath,
did say that they are the trustees of the R. Blair & Carolyne Allen Family Trust dated September 3,
1997, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed
and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under the terms of the written
trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustees acknowledged
said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
Given under my hand and notarial seal the day and year first above written in this certificate.
