KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Jeannine C. Roberts, Trustee of the
Jeannine C. Roberts Family Trust dated May 16, 2000, of St. George, Washington County, Utah, in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Brian C. Roberts and Jennjfer
Roberts, husband and wife~ as tenants by the entireties, of 3912 Jasmine Street, Colorado Springs,
CO 80907, all dght, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand i..n or to all the following
described premises, to-wit: "
A portion of the SE114SE1/4SE114 of Section 15, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as Lot 2 of the Roberts Family.'
Exemption Subdivis on.. in accordance with the plat of said subdivision on file in the'
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 341-H.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue .of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
