KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that STONEBROOK REAL
ESTATE, INC., A Utah Corporation, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Grantor(s), for and in
consideration of Ten (10) DOllars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to
PAMELA K. MAGEE, Grantee(s), the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

following an existing east-west fence line, in part, to a point and leave said fence line;
