consideration of Ten (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to
STONEBROOK REAL ESTATE, INC., a Utah Corporation of Salt Lake City, UT,
Grantee(s), the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
