CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln Couhty and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe
a part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
ddt, PR on page 554 as follows:
BEGINNING at a MAG-nail on the west line of said GLO Lot 3, S 00°15'13'' E, 245.93
feet from the northwest comer thereof;
thence N 86°55'25" E, 163.20 feet to a point on the east line of said tract;
thence S 00°15'13" E, 147.62 feet, along said east line of said tract;
thence S 87°38'36'' W, 163.11 feet, along the south line of said tract, to a ppint
marked by a hole chiseled in a concrete gutter on the west line of said
GLO Lot 3;
thence N 00°15'13'' W, 140.57 feet, along the west line of said GLO Lot 3, to
the MAG-NAIL OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
