Steig Husband and Wife Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO: Mark A. Quinn Grantee, whose mailing address is 322 Pearl Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit: Part of Lot 6 of Block 6 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 6 and running in an Easterly direction along the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 6, a distance of 55 feet; thence at a right angle in a Southerly direction, parallel to the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 6, a distance of 50 feet to the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 6; thence in a Westerly direction at a right angle and along the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 6, a distance of 55 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 6; thence at a right angle in a Northerly direction along the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 6, a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning ALSO Part of Lot 5 of Block 6 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 5 and running thence in an Easterly direction along the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 5, a distance of 55 feet; thence at a right angle in a Southerly direction, a distance of 2.0 feet; thence at a right angle in a Westerly direction, a distance of 55 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 5; thence at a right angle in a Northerly direction along the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 5, a distance of 2 feet to the point of beginning Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto And any right, title or interest to an easement for the purpose of ingress and egress more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 5 of Block 6 of the'Original Town of Kemmerer, thence a distance of 2 feet in a Southerly direction along the Westerly boundary of Lot 5 of Block 6 to the point of beginning; thence a distance of 3 feet in a Southerly direction along the Westerly boundary of Lot 5 of Block 6; thence at a right angle in an Easterly direction a distance of 55 feet; thence at a right angle in a Northerly direction a distance of 3 feet; thence at a right angle in a Westerly direction a distance of 55 feet to the Westerly boundary line of Lot 5 of Block 6 to the point of beginning Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in use.
