KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DON CORWIN AULLMAN
and PATRICIA LYNN AULLMAN, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, GRANTORS,
P.O. Box 296, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
convey, release, remise and forever quit claim unto DON CORWIN AULLMAN, a single man,
GRANTEE, P.O. Box 296, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and his heirs and assigns forever, all such
right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have,
in or to the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead, exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That land described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 381 PR at Pages 778 and 779 on April 2, 1996 as
Instrument No. §17662. A copy of said Warranty Deed is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference. /
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or 'in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record or in use.

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Commencing at a point whiCh is two rods West and 27 rods South from the
Northeast comer of the NE¼NW~A of Section 23, T34N Rll9W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South 60 feet;
thence West 20-3/4 rods;
thence North 60 feet;
thence East 20-3/4 rods to the point of beginning.
