Box 296, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey, release, remise and forever quit claim unto DON CORWIN AULLMAN, a single man, GRANTEE, P.O. A copy of said Special Warranty Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record or in use. Excepting therefrom the land described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 413 PR at Pages 813 and 814 on July 2, 1998 as Instrument No. 851554. A copy of said Warranty Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Excepting therefrom the land described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 465 PR at Pages 378 and 379 on May 31, 2001 as Instrument No. 873584. A copy of said Warranty Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Excepting therefrom the land described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records o:r Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 491 PR at Page 637 on June 12, 2002 as Instrument No. 881715 and rerecorded in Book 492 PR at Page 177 on June 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 881874. A copy of said Warranty Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
