SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the &~ %Jr day of July, 2005 by and between the
EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION,
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Texas and having its principal place of business in the
County of Dallas the GRANTOR, and
DAVID J. GARDNER AND DIXIE H. GARDNER,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is 1109 Pine Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101
as Grantee,
WlTNESSETH:
That the grantor, fOr and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT only as against all claiming
by, through or under it to unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of
land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 9 of Block 52 of Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
