Monsen, husband and wife, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. f/k/a First Security Bank, N.A., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated August 16, 2000 (the "Mort_qaqe"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 18, 2000, in/as Book 450 PR at Page 487; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on May 4, 2004, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $76,669.96, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on May 4, 2004 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 4, 2004, in/as Book 554 PR at Page 152; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Washington, D.C., its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 16, 2004 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and e~officio Regist,er of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of W_yoming, on the E~ day of ,2005, in/as~d~,.. (-5 WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to The Secretary of HouSing and Urban Development of Washington, D.C., c/o Michaelson, Connor & Boul, Inc.
