HomeMy WebLinkAbout910546RELEASE OF ~¢,EAL ESTATE MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, October 1, 2004 and executed by Eric Shumway and Heidi Shumway, husband and wife., a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $100,000.0, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 5th of October, 2004, in Book 569 of Mortgages, at Page 217 as document number 903432 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE." The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
