Affidavit Affecting Title
I, Steven Roberts, being duly sworn on oath depose and state as follows:
That on May 24, 1993, a Warranty Deed was recorded at Book 329PR, Page 276
conveying to Terrell Brenneman, Jr. and Dinah Brenneman Lot '12 Unit C-1,
Commissary Ranch Subdivision.
The next document of record, filed the same date, at Book 329PR, Page 277,
was a mortgage from the Brennemans to Battlefield, Inc. on Lot 41 unit C-2,
Commissary Ranch Subdivision.
The next document of record, filed the same date, was a Warranty Deed, at Book
329PR, Page 278, conveying to James and Barbara Dolan Lot t2 Unit C-I,
Commissary Ranch Subdivision.
The next document of record, filed the same date, at Book 329PR, Page 279,
was a mortgage from the Dolans to Battlefield, Inc. on Lot 12 Unit C-1,
Commissary Ranch Subdivision.
Battlefield, Inc. filed a Correction Warranty Deed to Terrell Brenneman, Jr. and
Dinah Brenneman on May 28, 1993, at Book 329PR, Page 464, correcting the
Brennemans legal descriPtion to be Lot 41 Unit C-2, Commissary Ranch
Subdivision.
I personally prepared all of the documents and notarized the signatures of all
parties. I have personal knowledge that Terrell Brenneman, Jr. and Dinah
Brenneman did not have, nor have they ever had, any interest in Lot 12 Unit C-1
Commissary Ranch Subdivision.
That this affidavit is filed for the purpose of correcting such matter of public
record.
