KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE ~ PRESENTS, that Steven Roberts, of the
County of Lincoln, Sta'~!e of Wyoming, does hereby certify that
a certain mortgage bear~ing the date of the 23rd of September,
1998, made and execute~.~ by Jay Stansell and Charis Stansell,
as mortgagors, to StevenlRoberts, as mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$8,500.00, as therein 'stated, which mortgage was recorded in
the 'Office of the County, Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 25th day of July, 2000,
in Book 449PR, Page 166,1. and mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot Ten (10), Unit B~ Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming
the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged; and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagee
does hereby release and{ quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the
premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged..
