Faron L. Boschetto, personal representative of the estate o.iAlti~ed Robert Boschetto,
also known as Alfi'ed R. Boschetto, deceased, having duly returned to and filed in this Court
a verified account and report of the sale of real property of said estate made by him, and
praying that said sale be approved, ratified and confirmed, and said matter coming on
regularly this day to be heard, thc Court finds:
1. That he is the duly appointed, qualifiect and acting personal representative of
the estate of Alfi'ed Robert Boschetto, also known as Alfi:ed R. Boschctto, deceased.
2. That attached to the Return of Proceedings and Petition .ic)r Confirmalion of
Sale of' Real Property filed herein is a fidl and complete description of the real and personal
property of said estate, which has come into thc possession of petitioners as personal
representatives of said estate, m~trked "Exhibit A", anct by reference made a part thereof.
3. That the real and personal property described on said "Exhibit A" remains
tmdisposed o£ in the hands of said persona! representative.
4. That tiao names and addresses of the heirs at law of said deceased, and the only
persons interested in the stile of' :qaid real property, so _iai- as known to petitioners, are as

5. That the Last Will of Testament el'Ali?ed Robert Boschetto, Deceased, filed
herein, provides, m part, as lbllovvs:
*** FIFTH: I hereby authorize and empower my personal representative and
alternate personal reprcsentalive to compound, compromise, settle and adjust
all claims and demands in favor of or against my estate, and, at their discretion
and without obtaining any court order tbr authority to do so, to sell, lease, rent,
mortgage, grant, convey or otherwise dispose of, the whole or any part of my
real and personal property, at either public or private sale, with or without
notice, at such prices and upon such terms of credit or otherwise as they nmy
deem best, and t-o execute and deliver all deeds, instruments of transfer and all
other documents necessary to pass proper t21e thereto."

Ral~dy J. Diwm and Mary R. Divan, husband and wife, subject to confirmation by this Court,
at private sale for the total sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($220~000.00):
I.,ot numbered 621C in the Lakeview Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as said lot is laid down and described on the official plat of said
addition, duly recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
P, egister of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, fbr the sale price of
$45,000.00; and
Lot mnnbered 609C in the I.,akeview Estat-es Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyolning, as said lot is laid down anti described on the official plat ot" said
addition, dnly recorded in the ofrice of' the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and that portion of Lot
numbel:ed 65 lC in said Lakeview Estates Subdivision described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly boundary line of said Lot 651C and the
southerly right-of-way line of U.S. tlighway 89, From which point of
beginning the northeasterly corner of' said Lot 651C lies North 63°11' East, a
distance of 200 f~et; thence fi'om said point of beginning South 26o49' East a
distance of 70 feet, more or less, to the northeasterly comer of Lot 609C of
said Lakeview Estates Subdivision; thence along the northerly boundary line
of Lot 609C, a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly comer
of said Lot 609C; thence North 26049' West a distance ofT0 feet, more or less,
to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of U.S. IIighway 89 and thence
Nortlt 63°11 ' East along said southerly right-of-way line a distance of 100 feet,
more or [ess to the point ofbegimfing, fei' the sale price of $175,000:00.
7. That' said real property was appraised for the total sum of Two l:-tundred
'i'wenty ~l'housand and No/100 Dollars ($220,000.00), as shown by the appraisal of'said real
property filed herein.
IT IS, TIIEID~FORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said sale be,
and it is hereby, approved, ratified and confirmed, and that said personal representative be,
and he is hereby, attthorizcd and directed to execute and deliver a proper conveyance of the
title to said real property to Randy J. Divan and Mary R. Divan, husband and wile, the
purchasers of the aforesaid real propet:ty.
