Warranty Deed
Daniel J. Kruckenberg and Tina Kruckenberg, his wife
Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Susan Tolson Stoddard and David J. Stoddard
As joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
Grantees, whose mailing address is 7576 SE Hacienda St., Hillsboro, OR 97123,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 25 of Southland Park Addition to the Town of Diamondville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof,
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
WITNESS our hand this
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements
and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
