Fullmer Trustee, an undivided ½ interest, and CHRISTINE E. FULLMER REVOCABLE
TRUST, dated March 17, 1997, O~ristine E. Fullmer Trustee, an undivided ½ interest, grantors
of County of Lincoln, and State o~' Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND' WARRANTS to DAVID A.'HOWE and KATHY A. HOWE,
husband and wife, as joint tenants,, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Coyote Hills Subdivision, Lot 8, as described in the official subdivision plat of
record recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Recorder, Lincoln County,
Wyoming on August 16, 2001 as instrument no. 875323.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon'situated
or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
