Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming/~reby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
Lot 18 of Southland Park Addition, Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
and
That 22.00 foot northerly portion of Lot 17 of Southland Park Addition, Town of
Diamondville, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 17 of the Southland Park Addition; thence
South 72°32'51'' West along the northerly boundary line of Lot 17, a distance of 99.18
feet; thence in a southeasterly direction along the arc of a curve to the left, the radius of
said curve being 50.00 feet, a distance of 27.93 feet; thence North 72°32'51" East, a
distance of 82.68 feet to a point on the eastern boundary line of Lot 17; thence North
17027'09'' West along the eastern boundary line of Lot 17, a distance of 22.00 feet, to
the point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use.
