the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
The Southerly 371/2 feet of Lot 4 of Block 50 of the Second Addition to the Town
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 4 of Block '50; and, running thence
northerly along the westerly boundary line and fronting on Sage Avenue, a distance of
371/2 feet;
thence easterly at right angles and parallel with the northerly and southerly
boundary lines of said Lot 4, a distance of 140 feet to a point on the
easterly boundary line of said Lot 4;
thence southerly at right angles along the easterly boundary line of said Lot 4, a
distance of 371/2 feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 4;
thence westerly along the southerly boundary line of said Lot 4, a distance of 140
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
